On Wednesday, June 5th, 2019, at the American Academy in Rome, Slamp was the technical partner of the McKim Medal Gala, an event that honors those who have distinguished themselves through their work, particularly between Italy and the United States, significantly contributing to the development of arts and humanities. Maria Teresa Venturini Fendi, McKim Gala Chair 2019, chose Slamp to illuminate the Gala, which took place at Villa Aurelia, on the Gianicolo Hill. Six luminous sculptures "La Traviata" by playwright Robert Wilson and the jewel-like lamps "Mida" created a magical atmosphere at the dinner gala in the Lemon Garden, providing a unique setting for the guests.
