Within 14 days from delivery, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products without having to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, log into your reserved area (👤 in the menu), click on “Request Return” for your Delivered order, and follow the indicated steps.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you: intact, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The costs of returning the products are at your expense.
