PRICING. The list’s pricing is in euros (€).
ORDER ACCEPTANCE. All orders are accepted under the existing general sales conditions. It is expressly understood that there is no obligation for Slamp SpA to accept the orders received.
SHIPPING TERMS. The shipping terms indicated in the order confirmation are solely indicative. No responsibility will be attributed, nor compensation due, in case of delay in shipment compared to the indicated indicative deadline.
SHIPPING. Return: as per commercial agreements. The goods, even if shipped free of charge to the recipient, travel at the risk and peril of the customer, being considered delivered at the moment they are handed over to the carrier. Slamp SpA will not be liable for any delay not directly attributable to it. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully check the quantity and condition of the packaging upon delivery. CLAIMS: Claims for defects and/or flaws must be notified through the After-Sales Assistance form on the website https://www.slamp.com/en/post-sales-assistance within the strict deadline of 8 days from the receipt of the goods.
ON-LINE SALES. Online sales of products - through any conceivable system today or tomorrow - must be previously authorized by Slamp SpA through the subscription of specific resale and right-to-use agreements for the brand and official images. If not expressly authorized by Slamp SpA, it is prohibited to sell products online.
RETURNS. Returns of goods are not accepted unless expressly authorized in writing. In any case, returns for defects or damage to products resulting from improper use and/or unrelated to their function and purpose are not accepted.
TOLERANCE. The colors and dimensions visible in the photographic catalog and on the website are purely indicative. By confirming the order, the customer accepts any differences between the image and the received product. The technical data sheets of the products are the only valid reference for their characteristics.
PAYMENT. Payments must be made only by the methods indicated on the invoice. The failure or delayed payment, even partial, of a single invoice or deadline authorizes us to suspend the execution of ongoing supplies or cancel contracts with the right to recover damages. Late payments will also result in the loss of the benefit of the term for deferred payments and the charging of interest in accordance with EC Directive 2000/35 and Legislative Decree 231/2002 and subsequent amendments. The goods remain the property of Slamp SpA until full payment of the invoice (Articles 1523-1526 of the Civil Code).
CHANGES. Slamp SpA reserves the right to modify the specifications of any product without notice.
MAINTENANCE. The surfaces of the lamps must be cleaned with a soft cloth moistened with water, an antistatic cloth, or compressed air spray. Strictly avoid acetone, alcohol, trielina ammonia, or other products containing these elements, even in minimal quantities. Also, avoid powdered detergents, abrasive pastes, and cleaning tools with a rough surface such as pads or rough sponges. Metal parts – both natural and painted – can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
WARRANTY. On products sold, in derogation from the minimum warranty provided by current legislation, Slamp SpA applies a 24-month warranty. Slamp SpA will not be responsible for any damages or defects resulting from improper use, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incorrect maintenance or installation, and normal wear and tear.
USE OF THE SLAMP BRAND AND LOGO. All photos and logos made available to you can only be used for the presentation of Slamp SpA products in the indicated and authorized premises. Please follow all instructions for using our logo or brand, which may not be modified in any way and of which you may not dispose independently for any reason.
