Condiciones Generales de Ventas
La lista de precios vigente de 2024 reemplaza completamente cualquier lista de precios anterior y las condiciones generales de venta anteriores.

PRECIOS. Los precios en el listado están expresados en euros (€)

ACEPTACIÓN. Todos los pedidos serán aceptados según estas condiciones generales de ventas. Queda expresamente entendido que no existe ninguna obligación por parte de SLAMP SpA de aceptar los pedidos recibidos.

CONDICIONES DE ENVÍO. Los plazos de entrega indicados en la confirmación del pedido son meramente indicativos. No se incurrirá en responsabilidad alguna ni se deberá indemnización en caso de retraso en el envío con respecto al plazo indicativo.

ENVÍOS. Devolución: según acuerdos comerciales. La mercancía, incluso si se envía franco destinatario, viaja por cuenta y riesgo del cliente, considerándose entregada en el momento en que se entrega al transportista, y Slamp SpA no será responsable de ningún retraso no directamente imputable. Es responsabilidad del cliente verificar cuidadosamente la cantidad y el estado del embalaje en el momento de la entrega: cualquier anomalía (diferencia entre el número de bultos recibidos y el número de bultos indicados en el albarán de entrega, o rotura, aplastamiento u otro daño en el embalaje) deberá indicarse al transportista como aceptada con reserva en el albarán de entrega, y comunicarse a Slamp SpA - citando el número de albarán - en un plazo no superior a 8 días desde la fecha de recepción de la mercancía. 

RECLAMACIONES. Las reclamaciones por defectos y/o vicios deben notificarse a través del formulario de Asistencia Postventa en el sitio https://www.slamp.com/es/asistencia-posventa dentro del plazo perentorio de 8 días desde la recepción de la mercancía. 

VENTAS ONLINE. La venta en línea de productos, a través de cualquier sistema concebible hoy o en el futuro, debe ser autorizada previamente por Slamp SpA mediante la suscripción de acuerdos específicos de reventa y derechos de uso de la marca e imágenes oficiales. Si no está expresamente autorizado por Slamp SpA, está prohibida la venta en línea de los productos. 

DEVOLUCIONES. No se aceptarán devoluciones de mercancía, a menos que estén expresamente autorizadas por escrito. En ningún caso se aceptarán devoluciones por defectos o daños en los productos derivados de un uso inadecuado y/o ajeno a su función y destino. 

TOLERANCIAS. Los colores y tamaños visibles en el catálogo fotográfico y en el sitio web son solo indicativos. Al confirmar el pedido, el cliente acepta cualquier diferencia entre la imagen y el producto recibido. Las características de los productos se rigen únicamente por las fichas técnicas de los mismos. 

PAGOS. Los pagos deberán realizarse únicamente según las modalidades indicadas en la factura. El no pago o el pago tardío, incluso parcial, de una sola factura o vencimiento nos autoriza a suspender la ejecución de los suministros en curso o cancelar los contratos con derecho a indemnización por los daños sufridos. El retraso en los pagos dará lugar además a la pérdida del beneficio del plazo en caso de pagos aplazados y al cargo de intereses de acuerdo con la Directiva CE 2000/35 y el D.Lgs. 231/2002 y ss. Los bienes siguen siendo propiedad de Slamp SpA hasta el pago completo de la factura (art. 1523-1526 del C.C.)

MODIFICACIONES. Slamp SpA se reserva el derecho de modificar sin previo aviso las especificaciones de cualquier producto. 

MANUTENCIÓN. Las superficies de las lámparas deben limpiarse con un paño suave humedecido con agua, con un paño antiestático o con un spray de aire comprimido. Evitar estrictamente acetona, alcohol, trementina, amoníaco u otros productos que contengan estos elementos, incluso en pequeñas cantidades. También evitar detergentes en polvo, pastas abrasivas e instrumentos de limpieza con superficie rugosa como estropajos o esponjas rugosas. Las partes metálicas, tanto naturales como pintadas, se pueden limpiar con un paño húmedo. 

GARANTÍA. En los productos vendidos, en derogación de la garantía mínima prevista por la legislación vigente, Slamp SpA aplica una garantía de 24 meses. Slamp S.p.A. no será responsable de posibles daños o defectos derivados de un uso indebido, negligencia, accidentes, modificaciones no autorizadas o reparaciones no autorizadas, mantenimiento o instalación incorrecta, desgaste normal.

UTILIZACIÓN DE LA MARCA Y DE LOS LOGOTIPOS DE SLAMP. Todas la fotos y el logotipo, a vuestra disposición, solo pueden utilizarse para la presentación de los productos de Slamp SpA, en los lugares indicatos y autorizados. Le rogamos seguir todas las instrucciones de uso tanto de nuestro logotipo como de nuestra marca, en cuanto no se puede disponer autonomamente de ellos.

JURISTICCIÓN COMPETENTE Y LEY APLICABLE. A estos acuerdos se aplica exclusivamente la legislación italiana y, para cualquier controversia entre las partes, de cualquier naturaleza, el tribunal exclusivamente competente, con exclusión de cualquier otro, debe considerarse un acuerdo expreso entre las partes, el del Tribunal de Velletri.

SHIPPING TERMS. Incoterms DDP (delivery duty paid). Shipping terms indicated in the order confirmation are purely indicative and Slamp holds no responsibility for any delay. 

SHIPPING. Shipping: as per commercial agreements. The goods, even if shipped DDP, travel at the client’s risk, and the goods shall be considered delivered at the time they are entrusted to the carrier and Slamp S.p.A. will not be liable for any cause of delay non directly attributable to it. It  Upon delivery, the client is required to carefully inspect their quantity of the goods and condition of the packaging Any anomalies (difference between the number of packages received and the number of packages mentioned in the delivery note, breakage, crushing, and/or other damages to packaging) must be indicated to the carrier as accepted with reservation on the delivery note and communicated to Slamp S.p.A. (indicating the delivery note number) no later than 8 days following the delivery. 

CLAIMS. Damages or defects may be reported utilizing the post-sales assistance form at the following link https://www.slamp.com/en/post-sales-assistance and must be reported within 8 days since the delivery.

ON-LINE SALES. Sale of Slamp S.p.a.’s products online, regardless of the source, must be previously authorised by Slamp S.p.A. through specific resale agreements and permission to use the brand name and official images. In the lack of said permission, it is prohibited to sell Slamp products on-line. 

RETURNS. Slamp does not accept returns without admitting written consent by Slamp’s sales dept. In any case, returns are not accepted for defects or damage to the goods due to improper use and/or use unrelated to their function and destination.

TOLERANCE. Colours and materials pictured in the catalogue and website are approximate. Confirming an order the client accepts possible differences between videos/photographies and real products. The products’ technical sheets are the only objective data in relation to the products’ characteristics. 

PAYMENT. Payment must be made according to the terms stated in the invoice. The failure to pay, in full or in part, an invoice or to meet payment deadlines authorizes Slamp to suspend production and/or shipments, to cancel any contract/agreement and to seek damages incurred. Delay in payments will also give rise to the loss of benefit of the time limit in case of deferred payments and the charging of interest in accordance with EC Directive 2000/35 and Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002 et seq. The goods remain the property of Slamp SpA until the invoice is paid in full (art. 1523-1526 of the Italian Civil Code).

MODIFICATION. SLAMP S.p.A. retains the right to modify details concerning all products without warning or notice. 

MAINTENANCE. Slamp’s unique materials require specific maintenance; the company is not responsible for damage due to disregard of the following: Lamp surfaces must be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth or using compressed air. Never use acetone, alcohol, ammonia, or other products with the same chemical properties, even in small doses. Also avoid powdered soap, abrasive pastes and rough-surface cleaning aids, including steel wool, and scouring pads and sponges. The metal parts – both natural and painted – can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

WARRANTY. Slamp applies a warranty of 24 months to every product sold regardless of the minimal time period established by current legislation. Slamp wil be not liable for any damage or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification or unauthorized repair, incorrect maintenance or installation, normal wear and tear.

USE OF THE SLAMP BRAND AND LOGO. All provided images and the logo can only be used when presenting Slamp S.p.A. products in authorised locations. Please consult and follow our guidelines for using the Brand and logo, that can never be modified and which the client will in no way be able to independently dispose of for any reason or title.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION. Italian legislation applies exclusively to any sale made of the goods and for any dispute between the parties shall be submitted to exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Velletri.
