Conditions Genrales de Vente
La liste de prix actuelle 2024 remplace intégralement toute liste de prix précédente et les conditions générales de vente précédentes

PRIX. Les prix indiqués dans le liste de prix sont exprimés en euros (€).

ACCEPTATION. Toutes les commandes sont acceptées aux conditions générales de vente en vigueur. Il est expressément entendu qu'il n'y a aucune obligation pour Slamp SpA d'accepter les commandes reçues.

LES CONDITIONS DE LIVRAISON. Les termes de livriason indiqués dans la confirmation de commande n'ont qu'une valeur indicative. Aucune responsabilité ne sera imputée ni compensation due en cas de retard dans l'expédition par rapport au délai indicatif prévu.

LIVRAISONS. Retour : conformément aux accords commerciaux. Les marchandises, même si expédiées franco destinataire, voyagent aux risques et périls du client, étant considérées comme livrées au moment où elles sont remises au transporteur. Slamp SpA ne sera pas responsable de tout retard qui ne lui est pas directement imputable. Il appartient au client de vérifier soigneusement la quantité et l'état de l'emballage lors de la livraison. Toutes les anomalies (différence entre le nombre de colis reçus et le nombre indiqué sur le bon de livraison, casse, écrasement ou autre dommage à l'emballage) doivent être indiquées au transporteur comme acceptées avec réserve sur le bon de livraison et communiquées à Slamp SpA - en citant le numéro de DDT - dans un délai de 8 jours à compter de la date de réception des marchandises.

RECLAMATIONS. Les réclamations pour défauts et/ou vices doivent être notifiées via le formulaire d'assistance après-vente sur le site https://www.slamp.com/fr/service-apres-vente

VENTE EN LIGNE. La vente en ligne de produits - par le biais de tout système concevable aujourd'hui ou demain - doit être préalablement autorisée par Slamp SpA par le biais de la souscription d'accords spécifiques de revente et de droit d'utilisation de la marque et des images officielles. En l'absence d'une autorisation expresse de Slamp SpA, il est interdit de vendre des produits en ligne.

RETOURS. Les retours de marchandises ne sont pas acceptés sauf autorisation expresse par écrit. En tout cas, les retours pour défauts ou dommages aux produits résultant d'une utilisation impropre et/ou non liée à leur fonction et à leur destination ne sont pas acceptés.

TOLÉRANCE. Les couleurs et dimensions visibles dans le catalogue photographique et sur le site web sont purement indicatives. En confirmant la commande, le client accepte toutes les différences entre l'image et le produit reçu. Les fiches techniques des produits sont la seule référence valide pour leurs caractéristiques.

PAIEMENTS. Les paiements doivent être effectués uniquement selon les modalités indiquées sur la facture. Le non-paiement ou le paiement tardif, même partiel, d'une seule facture ou échéance nous autorise à suspendre l'exécution des fournitures en cours ou à annuler les contrats avec le droit de récupérer les dommages subis. Les retards de paiement entraîneront également la perte du bénéfice du terme en cas de paiements échelonnés et la facturation des intérêts conformément à la directive CE 2000/35 et au décret législatif 231/2002 et suivants. Les marchandises restent la propriété de Slamp SpA jusqu'au paiement intégral de la facture (articles 1523-1526 du Code civil).

CHANGEMENTS. Slamp SpA se réserve le droit de modifier sans préavis les spécifications de tout produit.

ENTRETIEN. Les surfaces des lampes doivent être nettoyées avec un chiffon doux humidifié à l'eau, un chiffon antistatique ou une bombe d'air comprimé. Évitez strictement l'acétone, l'alcool, la triéthylamine, l'ammoniac ou d'autres produits contenant ces éléments, même en quantités minimes. Évitez également les détergents en poudre, les pâtes abrasives et les outils de nettoyage à surface rugueuse tels que les tampons ou les éponges rugueuses. Les parties métalliques - qu'elles soient naturelles ou peintes - peuvent être nettoyées avec un chiffon humide.

GARANTIE. Sur les produits vendus, en dérogation à la garantie minimale prévue par la législation en vigueur, Slamp SpA applique une garantie de 24 mois. Slamp SpA ne sera pas responsable des éventuels dommages ou défauts résultant d'une utilisation impropre, de la négligence, d'accidents, de modifications non autorisées ou de réparations non autorisées, d'une maintenance ou d'une installation incorrecte, et de l'usure normale.

UTILISATION DE LA MARQUE ET DES LOGOS SLAMP. Toutes les photos et le logo mis à votre disposition ne peuvent être utilisés que pour la présentation des produits de Slamp SpA dans les locaux indiqués et autorisés. Veuillez suivre toutes les instructions d'utilisation de notre logo ou de notre marque, qui ne peuvent en aucun cas être modifiés et dont vous ne pouvez disposer de manière autonome pour quelque raison que ce soit.

PROTECTION DES DONNÉES PERSONNELLES. La société traite les données personnelles de l'acheteur aux fins et selon les modalités spécifiées dans la politique de confidentialité sur le site Web au lien https://www.slamp.com/fr/politique-de-confidentialite

JURIDICTION ET LÉGISLATION. Ces accords sont exclusivement soumis à la législation italienne, et pour tout litige entre les parties, de toute nature, le tribunal exclusivement compétent, à l'exclusion de tout autre, doit être expressément considéré comme celui du Tribunal de Velletri.

SHIPPING TERMS. Incoterms DDP (delivery duty paid). Shipping terms indicated in the order confirmation are purely indicative and Slamp holds no responsibility for any delay. 

SHIPPING. Shipping: as per commercial agreements. The goods, even if shipped DDP, travel at the client’s risk, and the goods shall be considered delivered at the time they are entrusted to the carrier and Slamp S.p.A. will not be liable for any cause of delay non directly attributable to it. It  Upon delivery, the client is required to carefully inspect their quantity of the goods and condition of the packaging Any anomalies (difference between the number of packages received and the number of packages mentioned in the delivery note, breakage, crushing, and/or other damages to packaging) must be indicated to the carrier as accepted with reservation on the delivery note and communicated to Slamp S.p.A. (indicating the delivery note number) no later than 8 days following the delivery. 

CLAIMS. Damages or defects may be reported utilizing the post-sales assistance form at the following link https://www.slamp.com/en/post-sales-assistance and must be reported within 8 days since the delivery.

ON-LINE SALES. Sale of Slamp S.p.a.’s products online, regardless of the source, must be previously authorised by Slamp S.p.A. through specific resale agreements and permission to use the brand name and official images. In the lack of said permission, it is prohibited to sell Slamp products on-line. 

RETURNS. Slamp does not accept returns without admitting written consent by Slamp’s sales dept. In any case, returns are not accepted for defects or damage to the goods due to improper use and/or use unrelated to their function and destination.

TOLERANCE. Colours and materials pictured in the catalogue and website are approximate. Confirming an order the client accepts possible differences between videos/photographies and real products. The products’ technical sheets are the only objective data in relation to the products’ characteristics. 

PAYMENT. Payment must be made according to the terms stated in the invoice. MAINTENANCE. Slamp’s unique materials require specific maintenance; the company is not responsible for damage due to disregard of the following: Lamp surfaces must be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth or using compressed air. Never use acetone, alcohol, ammonia, or other products with the same chemical properties, even in small doses. Also avoid powdered soap, abrasive pastes and rough-surface cleaning aids, including steel wool, and scouring pads and sponges. The metal parts – both natural and painted – can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

WARRANTY. Slamp applies a warranty of 24 months to every product sold regardless of the minimal time period established by current legislation. Slamp wil be not liable for any damage or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification or unauthorized repair, incorrect maintenance or installation, normal wear and tear.

USE OF THE SLAMP BRAND AND LOGO. All provided images and the logo can only be used when presenting Slamp S.p.A. products in authorised locations. Please consult and follow our guidelines for using the Brand and logo, that can never be modified and which the client will in no way be able to independently dispose of for any reason or title.
