Slamp a finalist in the Innovative Conscious Project category for the RoPlastic Prize 2020, sponsored by RoGUILTLESSPLASTIC, a nomination recognizing their “From Lamps to Beehives” project.
RoGUILTLESSPLASTIC is Rosanna Orlandi’s international initiative to push the design world towards a heightened awareness of environmental sustainability; the event will be held within Milan’s Museo Nazionale di Scienza e Tecnologia “Leonardo da Vinci”.
Slamp is highly aware of a company’s environmental responsibility and social role within the ecosystem that hosts them; this pushed them to establish an important project geared towards sustainability: cuttings from their lamps are recycled monthly and transformed into beehives.

RoGUILTLESSPLASTIC is reaching towards a future generation of design where the reuse, recycling, and up-cycling of plastic is the foundation of manufacturing politics and ethics for all; Slamp is at the forefront of this evolution, alongside others, proving that passion, hope, and effort can drive positive change.
